School Workshops

Our school workshops are designed to equip young people aged 12 to 18 years with skills that will help them make the transition from teenager into adulthood. Having worked as a primary school teacher for 12 years, our head coach Edel has witnessed first-hand the effects poor communication, low self-esteem and peer pressure can have on young people. Our workshops are designed to support young people and enable them to:

  • Increase their resilience
  • Develop self confidence
  • Improve their self esteem
  • Become aware of their feelings
  • Recognise their strengths and beliefs
  • Enhance their communication and social skills

Our workshops are delivered in a relaxed, interactive style on your school grounds. The main objective of our workshops is for pupils to develop their inner self-belief and increase their emotional awareness. Workshops can be tailored made, depending on the needs of your school and the desired outcome.

Full day workshop: 10am – 3:30pm

*Full day workshops or a series of four consecutive weekly workshops are available
